Yes! We provide free delivery on all orders over $250 within a 50-mile radius of our production facilities in Mount Holly, North Carolina. We will let you know about any delivery fees outside of this area prior to production.

Q: Can I outsource production to you?

Yes. Please call 704-827-3796 to learn how Metro Print can provide screen-printing and embroidery production as part of your team. Please note that many of the questions on this page do not apply to contract clients.

Q: Do you provide the apparel?

Absolutely. In fact, we prefer to provide the garments to ensure that they are suitable for printing or embroidery.

Q: Can I design my own artwork?

Yes. We are happy to work with your original designs. If you choose to provide your own artwork, we will need a vector art file with each color on its own layer. The following file types are acceptable: PDF (Only when editable as a layered file in Illustrator) Adobe Illustrator (File names ending in .ai) EPS (When editable in Adobe Illustrator) JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and other image formats will not work for screen printing. Hourly rates apply to recreate or redesign artwork not provided in the above formats. Providing Pantone spot colors for each layer is also very helpful in maintaining the accuracy of your design during the printing process. If you're not sure about the file types, please consult your graphic designer or call 704-827-3796 . We'll be happy to help.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order?

We try to keep our lead times at 10 business days. Of course, production time can vary depending on customer approvals and garment availability. We will do our best to provide an accurate delivery estimate and let you know immediately if anything changes.

Q: Are there any setup fees?

We charge a one-time screen preparation fee for each color of your design. There are no additional fees for reorders of the same design.
